Antipinsky Oil Refinery (a branch of RUSINVEST) has joined the administration's New Year's project to decorate the regional capital. TNPZ purchased and installed glowing figures of Christmas trees, gifts, balloons, hares, and fawns near the monument to Andrey Tekutyev.
