On December 2, a conference of Branch employees was held at the Tyumen Oil Refinery (Branch of RUSINVEST LLC – TNPZ). Delegates from structural divisions elected the Labor Collective Council, the representative body of employees of the Tyumen Oil Refinery. It includes 17 people who will represent the interests of the team in cooperation with the employer until 2024.

- The Branch management supports the team's initiative to create a STK. Social partnership between employees and the employer creates additional opportunities for an equal and productive dialogue, which positively affects the atmosphere in the team and contributes to the development of corporate culture, " said Elena Polyakova, Deputy Director of the Branch for Personnel Management.

A few days after the election, the Labor Collective Council held its first meeting, where the Chairman of the JCC, his deputy and secretary were selected. Ilyas Seidvaliyev, a process engineer, became the chairman, Alexey Avilov, an engineer for setting up and operating electric drives, was chosen as his deputy, and Anna Bannova, a technician from Shop No. 3, was chosen as the secretary.
