One of Russia's Largest Independent Refineries
Antipinsky Refinery (JSC "Antipinsky Oil Refinery") is one of the largest companies in Russia engaged in the production and supply of high-quality petroleum products that meet global standards and consumer requirements within the country and abroad. Since March 1, 2024, the refinery has been operating as a branch of RI-INVEST Limited Liability Company.
The Tyumen Oil Refinery branch of RI-INVEST is the only industrial oil refinery in the Ural Federal District. With an installed processing capacity of 7.5 million tons of oil per year and a processing depth of 99%, the enterprise produces a full range of motor fuels meeting the EURO-5 environmental standard — including high-octane gasolines, Euro 5 Gasoil, jet fuel, fuel oil, oils, liquefied gases, and bitumen.
The enterprises of Antipinsky Refinery carry out exploration and production of oil, process raw hydrocarbons, and sell finished products. The total oil reserves of the Orenburg production unit exceed 50 million tons. Products are sold domestically and internationally across Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Afghanistan, China, the Republic of Belarus, and others.
Antipinsky Oil Refinery is a permanent participant in exchange trading on the Saint Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange, and annually invests large amounts in production development alongside its partner RI-INVEST.
