    Storage

    Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)

    Official document issued by the storage facility confirming product type, volume, grade, and tank allocation.

    Quality

    SGS / Inspection Report

    Independent quality and quantity report issued by SGS or equivalent internationally recognized inspection agency.

    Compliance

    Certificate of Origin (COO)

    Official document certifying the country of origin of the petroleum product.

    Shipping

    Bill of Lading (B/L)

    Transport document issued by the carrier confirming receipt of cargo for shipment.

    Verification

    Dip Test Authorization (DTA)

    Written authorization from the seller permitting the buyer to conduct a physical dip test.

    Verification

    Authorization to Verify (ATV)

    Formal document authorizing the buyer to contact the storage facility, bank, or relevant third parties.
