Community Investment Program Reaches 500 Million Rubles

JSC Antipinsky Oil Refinery's community investment program has reached a cumulative milestone of 500 million rubles in social investments since the program's inception. The initiative focuses on supporting local infrastructure development, educational opportunities, and healthcare improvements in the Tyumen Region.

Major projects funded through the program include the construction and renovation of local schools, kindergartens, and sports facilities. The refinery has also established scholarship programs at regional universities, supporting students pursuing degrees in chemical engineering, environmental science, and industrial technology.

Healthcare initiatives include funding for the modernization of the district hospital's diagnostic equipment and the establishment of a mobile medical clinic that provides free health screenings to residents in surrounding communities. The refinery also sponsors annual health and wellness programs for employees and their families.

"As one of the largest employers and taxpayers in the Tyumen Region, we recognize our responsibility to contribute to the well-being of the communities where our employees live and work," said the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility. "These investments create lasting value that extends far beyond our refinery gates."

Environmental community projects include the establishment of green spaces and parks, tree planting initiatives, and the sponsorship of environmental education programs in local schools. The refinery has planted over 10,000 trees in the surrounding area as part of its carbon offset and community beautification efforts.

Looking forward, the company plans to expand its community investment program with a focus on digital education, vocational training for local youth, and continued support for healthcare infrastructure in the region.
