Antipinsky Oil Refinery Expands Export Capabilities

JSC Antipinsky Oil Refinery has completed a significant expansion of its logistics and export infrastructure, enabling increased volumes of petroleum products to reach international markets. The project includes new product loading facilities, expanded tank storage capacity, and improved rail and pipeline connections.

The expansion adds 200,000 cubic meters of new product storage capacity, including dedicated tanks for Euro-5 diesel fuel, jet fuel, and fuel oil. New automated loading racks capable of handling up to 40 rail cars simultaneously have been installed, dramatically reducing loading times and increasing daily throughput capacity.

Pipeline connections to major trunk systems have been upgraded to support higher flow rates, enabling the refinery to deliver products more efficiently to domestic consumption centers and export terminals on the Baltic Sea coast. The improved infrastructure supports the refinery's strategy to increase its share of premium product exports.

"The Russian petroleum market is increasingly competitive, and access to export markets is essential for the long-term viability of independent refineries," explained the Commercial Director. "These infrastructure investments position us to serve customers across Europe, Central Asia, and beyond with reliable, high-quality product supply."

The refinery currently exports approximately 40% of its production, with the majority of export volumes consisting of Euro-5 diesel fuel and jet fuel. The logistics expansion is expected to increase export capacity by 25% over the next two years.

Quality assurance for exported products is managed through the refinery's ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system, with all export batches subjected to independent laboratory verification before shipment.
