Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
Official document issued by the storage facility confirming product type, volume, grade, and tank allocation in the seller's name. Updated upon title transfer to reflect new ownership.
SGS / Inspection Report
Independent quality and quantity report issued by SGS or equivalent internationally recognized inspection agency. Covers density, sulfur content, flash point, and all relevant ASTM/EN specifications.
Certificate of Origin (COO)
Official document certifying the country of origin of the petroleum product. Required for customs clearance and trade compliance in the destination country.
Bill of Lading (B/L)
Transport document issued by the carrier confirming receipt of cargo for shipment. Serves as title document, receipt of goods, and contract of carriage. Negotiable instrument for trade finance.
Dip Test Authorization (DTA)
Written authorization from the seller permitting the buyer or buyer's agent to conduct a physical dip test at the storage facility to verify product quantity and quality before purchase.
Authorization to Verify (ATV)
Formal document authorizing the buyer to contact the storage facility, bank, or relevant third parties to verify the authenticity of POP documents and seller's ownership of the product.
